Mr.Peter Haegens

Mr Peter holds a BSc(Hons) which he completed while working for BHP .
Peter has over 20 years experience in pharmaceuticals and over 38 years in quality assurance. He has worked at management level for multinational pharmaceutical companies as well as major Australian pharmaceutical and complementary medicine companies. Most recently, Peter was employed as the Technical Director of a major manufacturer in Australia.
Peter has held positions in Quality Assurance Management, Production Management, General Management and Research and Development and Regulatory Affairs Management in the pharmaceutical industry. He has operated at executive management level in each role.
Mr. Peter is a member of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute for Chartered Chemists.
Mr. John Peverill

Mr. John Peverill has been with GMP Pharmaceuticals in the position of Quality Assurance Manager since 1999 and has been one of those that have helped the Company grow and develop.
He is a graduate of what is now known as The University of Technology Sydney where he majored in chemistry. He also has qualifications from The Sydney Technical College and is a Member of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (MRACI). John is recognised as a Certified Chemist.
John's working career has been mainly in the pharmaceutical industry where he was previously involved in OTC (over the counter medicines) and some prescription medicine.
Within the pharmaceutical industry he has had extensive experience in research and development, stability programs, raw material and finished product analysis and evaluation, laboratory and pilot batch production, document development & introduction, building and production area design as well as numerous other activities. He has also been involved in auditing and investigative work within the OTC and prescription medicine fields.
Although Mr. Peverill has mainly been involved with the pharmaceutical industry he also has experience in cosmetic manufacturing including research and development, household products, foods and hair colourants.

highly regarded analytical procedures as well as being a nationally
recognised expert in some analytical methods. He has, over the years
assisted many analytical chemists by providing training and guidance in
many traditional as well as instrumental techniques and has provided
suggestions to a number of internationally recognised publications.

Mr. Minesh Patel

Mr. Minesh Patel holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Gujarat University. He previously served as General Manager of a large cosmetics factory in India. Mr. Patel has over 18 years experience in many aspects of pharmaceutical, cosmetic and nutraceutical industries. He has worked in the quality assurance, formulation development, vendor development and production departments of national, multinational medium and large-sized companies.
Mr. Robert Martin

Mr. Robert Martin is a medical herbalist with a Bachelor Degree of Science from University of Wales, UK. Rob has had wide experience in retail including managing a natural health clinic. Rob is very experienced in the naturopathic, nutritional and herbal sectors including trends in the market consumer aliments and needs.
He has also lectured widely in the field of natural health at a number of New Zealand based Naturopathic and Herbal Colleges including writing large parts of the coursework.
Along with his retailing, and lecturing, Rob has advised on TV, Radio and writes a monthly column for magazines.
Mr. Martin has worked with many companies in formulating new as well as re-formulating existing products. Rob is now working on many new formulas especially directed at the older population. Rob also is writing a book regarding the use of botanical herbal medicine in animals.

After almost ten years of marketing medical and health products in China for a large pharmaceutical group, Mr Li has gained a thorough understanding of the Chinese market. With this Chinese background, he later came to New Zealand in order to study business at AIS ST HELENS.
Since Mr Li joined GMP Pharmaceuticals (NZ) as the marketing executive of the Asian market, combining his experience from China and knowledge learned form the West, he has successfully helped our customers to establish their own brands in Asia, especially China.
Mr Li is a very good listener. He will listen to your specific requirements and offer individually tailored plans for your brands, backed by his years of experiences. As Mr Li knows about the export requirements of most Asian countries, he can then provide you with one-stop export services, from paperwork to the finished product.

Mr. Karl Ye achieved Master Degree of Science from Wuhan University, China, majoring in International Economic Information Management.
He has had more than 18 years marketing and project management experiences in pharmaceutical and health care industry in Asian Pacific area, such as China, Australia and New Zealand. As an active industry player and one of the creators of Australian New Zealand health Care Association.
Mr. Karl Ye is also appointed as a Justice of the Peace New South Wales.

Dr. Sonia Wang has a PHD in medicine from University Of New South Wales, Australia with a major in public health. She’s been working in the industry for more than fifteen years. Her strong technical and research/development background in the public health and nutraceutical industry along with her updated nutritional knowledge will make sure that the R& D team in GMP pharmaceuticals continue to develop high quality products for its valuable customers.
Mr. John Fernandez

John Fernandez is the GMP Pharmaceuticlas Chief Finance Officer. With over 30 years experience in accounting and finance, John is well versed in all aspects of financial and accounting requirements, as well as in meeting the challenges of a rapidly growing organisation.
A Bachelor of Commerce and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, John commenced his career in a major international firm of chartered accountants, followed by the establishment of his own firm, specialising in corporate finance and advisory. He subsequently established a venture capital business specialising in structured investment arrangements in property, biotechnology, engineering and high level innovative pharmaceutical products. As the co-managing director, John was directly involved in mergers, acquisitions, ongoing project management, packaging structured financial arrangements and capital raisings through prospectus and information memoranda.
Mr. Kevin Lu

Chemical Engineering Bachelor Degree, Master Degree of Science University of New South Wales. Kevin has had supervisory experience in a number of pharmaceutical & non-pharmaceutical businesses and has currently totalled nine years pharmaceutical management experience. He is responsible for the implementation of quality systems as well as the overall operation of the manufacturing. He is also currently nominated on TGA license for responsible production and as a Justice of the Peace New South Wales.
